Pick a date and a time window online or on WhatsApp. Same-day slots close at 3pm, and subscribers get priority windows.
A Cresta rider arrives in the window you chose. Your bag is counted and tagged with you, so the total is agreed before anything is washed.
Colours and fabrics are separated, stains hand-treated, then washed at the right temperature. Native wear, lace and beadwork are finished by hand, never tumbled with everyday laundry.
Back at your door within 48 hours, packed by garment. Pay by transfer to Fidelity Bank, or cash and POS on delivery.
Most laundries will not tell you this part. Ours is the same seven stages for a ₦200 handkerchief and a ₦7,000 wedding gown — only the hands change.

Each garment gets a tag tied to your order. Pockets are emptied, damage and existing stains are noted and photographed if serious.

Whites, colours, delicates, native wear and heavy household items are separated. Nothing shares a machine that should not.

Collars, cuffs, hems and visible marks are worked by hand before the wash. Ordinary stains carry no extra charge.

Temperature and cycle chosen per load, not per bag. Fabric-safe detergent, correct dosage, full rinse.

Dried fully and at the right heat, so nothing comes back damp, shrunken or smelling of the machine.

Starched to the level you chose, then pressed. Suits get shoulders and lapels shaped; native wear is finished by hand.

Counted back against your tag list, folded or hung, and packed for delivery. Anything that failed our check goes back through.
Agreed at pickup from the published list. If something needs extra work, we call you before doing it.
If a garment needs longer — heavy staining, bridal work — you hear it from us on day one, not on delivery day.
Tagged at collection, checked at delivery. Lost or damaged by us and we replace or reimburse at current value.
Tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we collect it, redo it and return it at no charge.
Anything else, message us — a real person replies during working hours.
Nothing. Collection and delivery are free anywhere inside our Jos and Bukuru routes — and subscription plans include a set number of free pickups and deliveries each month.
Standard turnaround is 48 hours from collection. Express same-day service is available for orders booked before 10am and adds 50% to the item price.
Per garment, from our published price list — not by guesswork. Each item has two prices: washing, starching and ironing, or ironing only. Your bag is counted with you at pickup and the total is confirmed on WhatsApp before we start.
Yes. Agbada, babanriga, kaftans, asoke and lace are hand-treated and finished separately, never machine-tumbled with everyday laundry. Starch level is up to you.
