Running a hotel, gym, salon or restaurant? Ask for a commercial contract — priced on volume, invoiced monthly.
Nobody sends the same bag twice. If an item covered by your plan is not in this week’s laundry, swap it for anything else on the price list of the same value — no phone call, no admin, just tell the rider.
Send more than your plan covers and the extra items are simply charged at list price on that delivery.
For example
1 agbada on your plan
Swap for 2 kaftans
Or 4 corporate shirts
Same value, your choice. Rounded in your favour.
Not sure which plan fits? Tell us roughly what you send in a week and we will tell you which one is cheapest for you — even if that is none of them.
One full collection. We take the bag, wash, starch, iron and return everything your plan covers — there is no weight limit inside a session, the plan is defined by the items it covers and their value.
Unused sessions do not roll into the next month, so pick the plan that matches how you actually send laundry. If you are consistently using fewer, tell us and we will move you down a tier.
Yes. Extra items are charged at normal list price on that delivery and added to your monthly invoice — nothing is refused.
Tell the rider at pickup. If your plan covers an agbada at ₦1,900 and you have no agbada this week, send two kaftans instead. Same value, and we round in your favour.
At the start of each cycle, by transfer to Fidelity Bank — CRESTA LIMITED, 5601803226. We send a reminder two days before.
Yes, at the end of any month with no penalty. Pausing for travel is fine too — just tell us before the next cycle starts.
First order gets 20% off. Book before 3pm for a same-day collection.
